Think back to people that have made negative comments to you about your body--a family member, a romantic partner or other kids when you were little. Say to them in your mind "I take back the power to define the beauty of my own body--your comments were distortions and untrue--and I no longer give them any power." Feel how good this feels to clear yourself of all of this negativity and distortion.


2. Clear Your Own Negative Beliefs about Your Body
Because of your exposure to the cultural conditioning about the supposed ideal female body--you probably have practiced self-judgment of your body for not conforming to the promoted "ideal." These judgments and negative beliefs are again distortions and not based on the truth of the unique beauty of your own body. We all have bodies of different sizes and shapes that are special and truly beautiful.

Remind yourself that you deserve to do the things you enjoy no matter what your shape. 5 Phase Exercises to Burn Fat

Phase One: Any weight loss exercises you can simply begin with a 15 minutes, 6 days a week, or 20 minutes, 3 days a week. Could this reluctance to state the obvious be signs that commercial interests are taken seriously by the Feds? News articles said that 7 of the 13 panel members have financial interests in the food industry.

Most of the panel's recommendations are consistent with those in my two health books. Restrict salt, meat, dairy, alcoholic beverages, trans fats. Eat whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eat foods with omega-3 fatty acids. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, such as brisk walks.
And don't get hung up on "low carb".

"Good sugars" are those that occur naturally in healthful foods, such as fruits and vegetables. "Bad sugars" are those which are refined to have no nutrients other than calories.

But representatives of the sugar and soft drinks industries
maintain that overeating and lack of exercise, not a particular food or beverage, are causing America's obesity.
